1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CheapereSIM ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

CheapereSIM provides prepaid eSIM data plans for international travelers. We act as a reseller, sourcing eSIM plans from multiple providers and delivering them to you electronically via QR code and/or activation codes.

3. Account Registration

To purchase eSIMs, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update your information if it changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Purchases and Payment

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of service. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. All sales are final once the eSIM has been activated (connected to a mobile network).

5. eSIM Delivery

After successful payment, your eSIM will be delivered electronically via email and accessible through your dashboard. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 5 minutes in rare cases. You are responsible for ensuring your device supports eSIM technology before purchasing.

6. Compatibility

eSIM plans require a compatible device with eSIM support. It is your responsibility to verify that your device supports eSIM. We are not responsible for purchases made for incompatible devices. A list of compatible devices is available on our FAQ page.

7. Data Plans

  • Data plans are prepaid and have a fixed data allowance and validity period
  • The validity period starts when the eSIM first connects to a network in the destination country
  • Unused data does not roll over after the validity period expires
  • Plans provide data only (no voice calls or SMS unless explicitly stated)
  • Network coverage depends on local carrier availability

8. Refund Policy

  • Unused eSIMs: Full refund available if the eSIM has not been installed or activated
  • Activated eSIMs: No refund once the eSIM has connected to a network
  • Failed provisioning: Automatic full refund if we are unable to deliver your eSIM
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Resell eSIMs purchased through CheapereSIM without authorization
  • Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service
  • Use automated systems to purchase eSIMs in bulk without permission
  • Abuse our refund policy

10. Limitation of Liability

CheapereSIM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Network outages or coverage issues in the destination country
  • Slow data speeds dependent on local network conditions
  • Device compatibility issues
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific eSIM plan in question.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and trademarks on CheapereSIM are our property or licensed to us. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration.
