3. Payment Processing
We use Stripe as our payment processor. Stripe processes all payments and handles credit card information directly on its PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure. We never store your full credit card number on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
4. eSIM Provider Data
To provision your eSIM, we share minimal necessary information with our eSIM providers (such as destination and plan details). We do not share your personal information beyond what is required for provisioning.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings.

7. Cookies and Ad Measurement
We always use essential cookies that the site needs to work: keeping you signed in, protecting forms against forgery, and remembering your cookie choice.

- Google Analytics shows us how the site is used. It also reports completed purchases to Google Ads so we can measure our ads, and on the order confirmation page it includes a hashed (SHA-256) copy of your email address so Google can match the purchase to an ad you clicked.
- Meta Pixel records page views so we can measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
If you decline, these stay off and the site works the same. To change your choice, clear this site's cookies in your browser and the banner will appear again.
When you complete a purchase, our server also reports it to Meta to measure our advertising, unless you clicked Decline in the cookie banner. The report contains the order value and currency, hashed copies of your email address, name and account ID, your IP address and browser details, Meta's browser identifier if you accepted cookies, and the ad click identifier if you arrived from a Meta ad.
