Does my phone support eSIM in ET?

If your phone supports eSIM (iPhone XS+, Pixel 3+, Samsung S20+, etc.), it will work in ET. Our eSIMs use local carrier networks for the best coverage.

When does the data plan start?

Your data plan activates when you first connect to a network in ET. You can install the eSIM before your trip -- it won't start counting until you arrive and connect.

Can I receive calls and texts with the eSIM?

Our eSIM plans are data-only. You can keep your regular SIM active for calls and texts while using the eSIM for mobile data. You can also use VoIP apps like WhatsApp, FaceTime, or Zoom for calls.

What network will I connect to?

Your eSIM will automatically connect to the best available network in ET. We partner with major local carriers for reliable 4G/LTE coverage.

We offer refunds for unused eSIMs. Once an eSIM has been activated (connected to a network), it cannot be refunded. Contact our support team for assistance.
